The PMv2 website does not currently collect payments. This page establishes the support process we intend to use when production checkout is enabled.

Before Checkout

Review the exact product page, deliverables, availability notes and restrictions before purchasing. Contact support if anything is unclear.

Fulfillment Problems

If a future paid transaction is duplicated, cannot be verified, or the listed item cannot be delivered as described, open a support ticket with the transaction information so the team can review it.

Provider & Legal Requirements

Refund handling will follow the selected commerce provider’s rules and applicable consumer law. Final refund language will be updated before payment processing is activated.
